New vehicle emissions fuel system. emission error code for solenoid developed when vehicle was very new. dealer has had the vehicle 4 x's and are unable to repair the error code. many explanations however vehicle will not be able to pass state emissions inspection in the future. vehicle will not be able to be registered in the state or any other state. dealer is indifferent about this problem??
