Recently reported TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM problems on 2010 Chevrolet Camaro

The 2010 camaro ss automatic is equipped with the fuel management system which deactivates the valves on four cylinders at low speeds. upon accelerating the four cylinders are re-activated and a surge of approximately 200 hundred horsepower is sent to the real wheels which causes a traction loss and loss of control on icy or snow covered roadways. this is a hazard which can create a serious accident due to the rear wheels losing traction and slipping. the dealer has checked my vehicle and stated that gm considers this normal and not a problem. *kb
