Tl* the contact owns a 2001 chevrolet camaro. the contact stated that the steering column was not securely connected due to a premature fracture of an internal component which was affecting the steering wheel and the emergency brake lever failed to function. in addition, the contact experienced various electrical outages as the failure progressed. the vehicle was not yet inspected by a dealer and the contact was to check with the manufacturer to determine their recommended solution for a dealer to diagnose and repair the vehicle. the vin was not available. the steering column will not lock into place while driving or before driving on both residential roads and highway settings. as for the brake system, it is the emergency brake handle release the cable wile putting the car in park it will sometimes roll after applying the emergency brake also. the contact requested the complaint be submitted in his verbiage. the failure mileage was not available.
