While at standstill vehicle was rearended by another vehicle driving about 5-10 mph. consumer feels seatbelts are defective in vehicle, they did not lock up. no injuries. damage to vehicle unknown.*ak rear bumper damaged and the consumer wife sustained sprained neck. *yh
