Went to lock driver side door and inside lock would not push down and found outside lock had fallen inside the door panel. online research indicates this is a very common problem on aveos due to defective plastic parts and dealerships seem to be charging very high amount to repair. seems there should be a recall provided by gmc to fix this problem as prevents being able to secure the vehicle and belongings and occupants of the vehicle. *tr
Tires never last very long, may get 10,000 miles out of a set since we bought the car. car has been making alot of noise going over any little bump and we changed the shocks and one was bad, started around 90,000. it is still making some noise and the dealer said that the rear axle bushing is bad and would have to get a new rear axle $$$-$$$$. also the paint along the bottom of both doors on the outside on both sides had been starting to come off. *tr
