Srx was t-boned and airbags/seatbelt retractor failed. severe injuries to cadillac driver from unlocked shoulder harness and all airbags failed.
I was traveling at 55 mph down the highway and a car pulled out in front of me while making a left turn against signal. i attempted to stop however due to the lack of time, short distance and rain slicked highway i was unable to stop striking her car on her mid passenger side with the front of my car. the airbag at no point deployed.
