Problems with 2015 Cadillac SRX ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL

On average, the 2015 Cadillac SRX starts to “feel” problems with the ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL and its various aspects after 42 500 miles.

Recently reported ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL problems on 2015 Cadillac SRX

Stabilitrak (etc) engaged during highway driving on dry road nearly causing a wreck by slowing the vehicle abruptly below 20mph. "engine power reduced" illuminated. accelerator position sensor (aps) code in the ecm. less than 6000 miles after dealer replacement of aps and fixing connections, same dangerous slow down from highway speeds. events not reproduced for dealer.

While driving on the highway, the stabilitrak and check engine warning indicator lights come on. next a warning reads, "engine running at reduced power" and the car slows down. when i cut the car off and restart, the warning indicator lights reset and the car will drive normal.
