The rear wheel failed, causing complete wheel separation from vehicle, three bolts where found to be completely sheared at hub. *yd
Wheels - 3 bolts sheared completely off during driving causing wheel to separate completely from vehicle. battery: battery has failed on 2 different occassions requiring a jump start. lighting: park lights - interior of light has condensation and may have been improperly installed and/or seal is bad. *ak
While traveling 35 mph rear end of vehicle 'fish-tailed' 360 degrees. upon visual inspection, consumer noticed that wheel had broken completletly off. *ak
Consume r was inside of parking lot and was traveling about five miles, he went to apply brakes, and left rear tire wheel nuts fell off. also, consumer was having problem with his rear end making clunking noises. dealership was aware.
