Tl* the contact owns a 2009 cadillac dts. while attempting to enter the vehicle, the driver side door handle became inoperable. the contact entered through the back door in order to open the doors. the vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the door handle needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 42,000.
