Tl*the contact owns a 2005 cadillac deville. the contact was driving approximately 5 mph, approaching a complete stop. when the brake pedal was applied there was no response, and the vehicle began to drift. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the technician stated that the brake line exhibited a hole which caused an excessive brake fluid leak. the brake line was replaced. the failure mileage was 72,522. updated 01/13/11*lj updated 03/02/11

Vehicle repaired 2 twice within 3,000 miles for brake pulsation, poor stopping ability, abs lite 'on'. dealer replaced / machined rotors for warpage both times. could not duplicate abs warning.

Dt: contact states when he moves his foot from the gas pedal to the brake pedal, his foot hits the console panel, causing a delay in braking for a fraction of a second. the dealer offered to adjust the placement of the console panel. *ak updated 12/27/05. *jb
