2004 cadillac deville. consumer writes in regards to various defects on vehicle. *ld the consumer stated the mirror adjusters did not work properly, the front console fell out and was hangning by wires, the rear window on the passenger and the driver's side fell, and the rear door panel on the driver's side was loose. the rear interior door handle was inoperable. *js
I drove up to valle parking, stopped to insert valle parking key. ignition frozen-could not insert key. steering wheel locked. could not contact onstar. everything froze? called onstar with my cell phone? they sent a wrecker to tow car to cadillac dealer(approximately 25 miles away). cadillac advised "ignition lock cylinder jammed and will not rotate". cadillac dealer "coded and installed new ignition lock cylinder", for which i paid $632.86. should this be included in "ignition recall"? shouldn't i be refunded the $632.86 i paid for these repairs? *tr
