For years i have been frustrated by the lack of rear illumination of gm vehicles during rain or fog driving conditions. drivers seem to think that they do not need to turn on headlights because they have daytime running lights. they probably do not realize that the drl's only illuminate the front of their vehicle. gm should inform drivers that when headlights are required, daytime running lights do not suffice. *tr
Dt*: the contact stated when changing a flat tire, the jack collapsed causing the vehicle to fall, catching the right hand of the 74 year old male, between the fender and the doughnut of the jack. there was a laceration on the back of the hand and across the fingers and severe swelling and numbness. there may be nerve damage sustained. the contact was taken to the hospital by a family member, and photos were taken of the broken jack. the sales dealer and manufacturer were notified.
