2014 cadillac cts. consumer writes in regards to four flat tires due to low profile wheels.*smd the consumer believed in order to eliminate the problem, cadillac needs to replace the 19 inch wheels and tires with 18 inch wheels and tires that came equipped on the vehicle. the consumer stated she was never informed the 19 inch wheels and tires would be so easily damaged, just by driving on the highway. *jb
2014 cadillac cts. consumer writes in regards to vehicle right front tire pressure gauge dropped to zero while driving and it showed the tire needed air. *smd the consumer stated according to the window sticker, the vehicle was equipped with all season run flat tires along with a tire pressure monitor system . after taking delivery of the vehicle, she learned the vehicle was equipped with low- profile tire. the consumer believed a warning should be provided when purchasing a vehicle with low-profile tires, since buyers don't have the opportunity to review the manual prior to purchase.*jb
