I was driving my cts cadillac when with no warning i heard a loud noise, i pulled over to see what it was i saw that my rear window had shattered nothing had hit my window i drove straight to the cadillac dealer and they informed me they can not repair it with out having me pay for the cost. i went online and searched and found that this type of incident had happened before on gm models and was listed on the tsb and it should be replaced. i am so upset that i can't get a straight answer. *tr

Drivers rear view mirror will not return to original position when switching back to park or drive. mirror creeps upwards and has to be manually adjusted to proper position. dealer has worked on this problem no less than 5 times and says they cannot do anything else. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 cadillac cts. the contact stated after rainy weather conditions, there was an accumulation of water on the front passenger's side floor board. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer in two different occasions. the technician stated that the sun roof had to be realigned. the vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. the manufacturer was not notified of the defect. the approximate failure mileage was 7,990.
