As i was driving down interstate i76, my car lost power and caused me to crash. the front driver side of my car is completely smashed.

The trunk lid on the cts has malfunctioned and willnot stay up. it came down ans hit me across the shoulders when trying to unload items in the trunk. this had happened on several occasions, many times i have or other people have actually been stuck in the head forcefully by this heavy lid. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2005 cadillac cts. the contact stated that the air bag warning light was illuminated for approximately six months. the vehicle was inspected by an independent mechanic and they advised him that the passenger sensor would need to be replaced along with a reprogramming. the vehicle was repaired for the seat sensor but the mechanic was unable to reprogram it for some reason. the light still remained illuminated due to the vehicle not being reprogrammed. the failure mileage was approximately 51,000. updated 05/25/11 *bf the air bag sensor control module had to be replaced. the consumer also stated during the winter time, the rear doors would freeze and not close. updated 11/21/11

Tl*the contact owns a 2005 cadillac cts. while the vehicle was parked the trunk lid closed on its own when the contact was standing underneath it. the contact stated that it hit her severely on the head and lost consciousness. she began experiencing forgetfulness and depression after the incident. she claimed she has no history of headaches, at the most maybe one or two a year. now the headaches are constant. the contact went to the doctor and he stated that she suffered a concussion. the consumer was informed gasoline escaped from the struts which caused it to fail. updated.
