The exterior back brake lights fell off my cadillac cts 2003 model. i have noticed a majority of the 2003 cts models have the same problem. it's a shame cadillac would not be responsible, the vehicle cost me over 30,000.00 after its paid for, they have no concern for the condition of my vehicle. it really makes cadillac look awful to have that many vehicles in the same condition. i will not purchase any more cadillacs. *tr
I've had numerous problems ever since i bought my 2003 cadillac cts. my engine starts smoking under the hood when i turn on my heater when it's cold outside. i replaced my brake lights several times. my windshield wiper module is broke. i had to get a new motor for my window because that broke. i had nothing but problems with this car and many other people have the same conditions as me. why isn't it on recall ??? i mean we paid good money for it so we should get the same quality back !!! i know gm has to review our comments. they just don't care about there customers. gm needs better customer service because there service sucks!!!! recall....recall....recall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *tr
Tl*the contact owns a 2003 cadillac cts. the contact stated that in december 2009 while driving at a slow speed, she applied the brakes and they failed to operate. she had the brakes repaired at her expense. the contact was currently trying to get reimbursed because she believed recall 10v105000 (service brakes, hydraulic:foundation components:hoses, lines/piping, and fittings).is related to the failure. the contact also stated that the plastic containment module for the air bags protruded outward and was a safety concern. the dealer stated that because the vehicle was no longer under warranty,t he contact would be responsible for repair costs. the radio only received one channel. in addition, the moon roof made a groaning noise and opened whenever the vehicle was turned off. the failure mileage was approximately 30,000. the current mileage was approximately 42,000.
Brakes pulsate when they are being applied, causing delay in stopping time. air conditioning compressor is gone out and has metal going through the system. have to get compressor replaced already and it is going to cost an additional $2300. car pulls violently to left or right, which almost caused a couple of accidents, the steering system sensor is gone out and is going to cost $500 to get replaced. fm radio has a mind of its own and works when it feels like working. this is the newest car i've had and the worst car. i have never owned a car with this many problems, i think this car is a total defect and needs to be recalled. i was at 51000 miles when the air compressor went out and i called the manufacturer and they refused to fix it because the warranty was up. that is clearly faulty equipment that was used in this car it is a 2003 cadillac cts, and it has many problems which i feel needs to be recalled. *jb
2003 cadillac and in the first week the air compressor burned out. took it to the dealer to get fixed and they said they fixed but when i went to run the air all it was doing was blowing out hot air. took it back to the dealer and they told me that the car was blowing out 55 degree air. yes at night the air blows out cool air but when i am in 100 degree weather the air that is blown out is hot. took it to the dealer a total of 5 times and they tell me the same thing. to this day it don't work until nighttime. some good that does me. *jb
