Problems with 2005 Cadillac CTS-V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

I got into the car put key into ignition it would not start the key is stuck inside ignition i put a new battery in also a new stater relay fuse the car started i drove it over the weekend with know problem today while driving car stopped scared me really bad i tried to start it and the car did the same thing would not start and the key were stuck again i was on the city streets

Vehicle cut off on railroad track while i was crossing it,. it would not start, key stuck in ignition switch and i could put the vehicle in park, front wheels shake while driving in the city, while traveling on open highway i hit a bump and the vehicle jumped out of cruise control and stops. i had it fixed by edenton motors in north carolina. there is recall on cadillacs, but not on our 2005 cadillac cts..
