Tl* the contact owns a 2004 buick rendezvous. while driving at approximately 45 mph, the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration. the check engine warning light illuminated. the vehicle has not yet been diagnose. there were consequences but the contact was concerned for his safety. when the check engine warning light illuminated, the vehicle unintendedly accelerated. the contact also stated that the vehicle had been experiencing the failure for approximately every day for the past two weeks. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the nature of the failure was undetermined. the vehicle was not taken to not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 110,000.

While driving the anti-lock and awd lite on and smell of gas from inside of cabin and sometimes from under the hood . also when trying to accelerate the car bogs and the rpm fo high but the carvseama to lose power . ob2 code is p0445

One day i woke up got in my car started driving and it wouldn't go past 55mph i took it to east detroit auto on gratiot in detroit mi and they kept my car for over 30 days saying they don't know what's wrong with it. they changed the fuel pump and gave me my car back not working. i just recently brought this car and its a huge hassle. *tr

Dt*: the contact stated while parking the vehicle at driving 3 mph, the vehicle accelerated without warning, colliding with a nearby retaining wall. the vehicle was taken to a service dealer, where the dealer was unable to determine the problem. the manufacturer was also notified.

Dt*: the contact stated in stop and go traffic, the vehicle overheats. this is an intermittent problem. the contact continues driving the vehicle without the overheating causing damage. the dealership is unable to determine a problem and there are no codes on the computer. the cruise control did not work and the gas cap was faulty which caused the engine light to illuminate. updated 04/06/06. *jb
