New 2011 buick lucerne was delivered with windshield glass severely distorting in bottom two inches causing safety hazard, including nausea when driving. other cars on the lot were noted with the same defect. gm representative states that the dealer service manager says other cars have it, therefore it is not unsafe and will not be fixed. *tr
