Front suspension noise due to broken sway bar links rusted front right and front left. front brake lines and fuel line badly rusted but not leaking yet. if front fuel line leaks it will leak onto engine rear to cause fire. if front brake line leaks i will not be able to stop car. i had reported to nhtsa when my rear brake lines leaked preventing me from stopping in 2011 but luckily i was going very slow. my driver side window failed preventing me from opening window, needing replacement in may 2014. *tr

This car began to show signs of front end wobble a few months ago. this means it feels like the wheels shake from side to side mostly when accelerating from 30 to 45 mph. i took it to the dealer about a month ago but he said he only felt it one time while driving it several blocks around the dealership neighborhood. i took it to firestone immediately after i left the dealership and they balanced the bridgestone tires and the wobble seemed to be lessened. i then took it home and replaced the rear rotors and brake pads as they seems to vibrate when we put the parking brake on while driving. this seemed to help smooth it out at the time. this is my wife's car so she drives it and in less than a month she said it is wobbling again. i drove it again tonight and it is much worse than before so i believe there is something seriously wrong with this suspension. this car has been under a warranty from warranty warehouse for the past seven years and we have had some repairs made at the dealer and each time we ask them to check the front end as it made grinding noises and never seemed to handle as it should. each time the dealer said it was ok. this appears to be a problem with many reports on the internet regarding front end issues with buick lesabres. we also had the drivers side seat repaired under warranty and it has not worked properly since it was repaired. we have had it back for this issue at least three times. updated 10/4/11 *cn updated 10/31/11 *bf *tr

Rear air-shock compressor malfunction. out of nowhere the rear of my car was higher than normal and after finally getting the dealership to check it they told me that the compressor was jammed and needed to be replaced. this car has been experiencing random malfunctions and breakdowns in various systems since it was purchased and i'm forced to pay out-of-pocket due to the poor design and quality of this car. the individuals at the dealership just shrug it off and say that it happens but regular breakdowns in random parts of a car do not "just happen". *tr

Dt*: the contact stated while coming a stop the front coil spring fractured without warning. the vehicle was driven to the dealership, who determined this occurred because of bad steel in the coil spring. therefore, the coil spring was replaced by the dealership. updated 06/05/2006. *ak

Dealer worked on front end 3 times. general replaced tires. still have the problem. i drove a diferent car, same tires, same problem. drove a car with different size tires, wider and 16" corrected the problem.also same problem as odi id: 858266 "horn problem" dealer unable to fix!!. *ak problem may possibly be related to the suspension. *slc

This car almost continuously wanders from one side of a lane to the other. it is extremely dangerous to drive especially in tight traffic conditions. you spend all of your time steering back and forth to try and keep it going straight. on breezy days forget it, you can feel the car swaying back and forth under you making it even more difficult to control. i filled out a questionnaire from gm when i first got the car and told them "between the sloppy suspension and the over sensitive steering, this is the worst car i have ever driven" and i meant it.*ak

On left and right turns there was a jerking sensation in the wheel, like something was slipping. took vehicle to dealer, and they repositioned the hoses and replaced steering pump. problem still exists. consumer felt this was unsafe when going around a ramp. *ak *ml
