Tl* the contact owns a 2017 buick envision. the contact stated that the eps flashed, indicating 'power steering dismissed'. transwest chevrolet buick (1200 w main st, sterling, co 80751, (970) 522-2700) indicated that there was an internal eps failure. the vehicle was towed to the dealer due to the steering wheel seizing. in addition, dutton motor company (8201 auto dr, riverside, ca 92504, (951) 687-2020) also diagnosed that the eps failed. the vehicle was unsafe to be driven and remained parked. the manufacturer was notified of the failures. the approximate failure mileage was 18,000.
