Have a 2015 bmw x5. purchased brand new and picked it from factory. the suspension had been making a noise and it's found that the control arms have to be replaced. however, even after replacing and a few thousand miles, the same issue recurs in the new control arms in the from suspension. there seems to be a defect in the control arms that bmw is providing/supplying, especially when diagnosing costs $145, part and installation cost $800 each time from the dealer.
