A defective passenger side window sprocket in the pulley assembly caused the window to jam in a halfway open position which caused a dangerous visilibility condition while operating the vehicle in a snowstorm. the vehicle was literally approximately 36 hours past the time duration of the factory standard warranty period therefore audi refused to assume liability for the window pulley assembly's failure. *tr
