Received a recall related to electric coolant pump in june. parts not available. called my dealer princeton audi and no help. received second notice regarding this in september, that audi had an 'interim fix" and advised me to contact princeton audi again. i did, but they did't have the part for the 'interim fix' either. i have called them 3 times and now am on a waiting list with over 100 names. audi apparently is not making these parts fast enough, and in the meantime, we are advised to keep the car out of the garage... winter is coming in the northeast. they have no idea when they will get the part

Tl* the contact leases a 2017 audi q5. the contact received a recall notice per an unknown recall related to the fuel pump flange. the vehicle was taken to santa monica audi (1020 santa monica blvd, santa monica, ca 90401, (310) 481-8260) who stated that they could not accept the leased vehicle back because it was included in two recalls and the parts would not be available for at least four months. the manufacturer was notified and stated that they would call the contact back. the contact had not experienced a failure. the vin was unknown.

Check engine fuel system alarm warning light - with caution to drive below 35 mph and immediately to service center. service center says they found nothing wrong. then read ap report on fuel clogging and fires. this vehicle had a previous recall but we never got a warning or letter (they sent it to an address in west palm beach that we never ever gave them or lived at).
