We have classified the 2 complaints from 1999 Audi A6 about AIR BAGS into the following categories.
(1) unknown. (2) audi a6 air bags failed to inflate at time of impact. driver was injured. (3) not applicable, car is a total loss. *nm
Side impact collison on the drivers door at about 25mph by other vehicle,a mid size suv.drivers side airbag did not deploy & i had 2 broken ribs. *ak
No deployment of frontal airbags during high impact frontal collision with another vehicle, no injuries were sustained. nlm
Brake application on wet highway induced an uncontrollable spin. the spin resulted in severe impact with a guard rail causing front-end damage so severe as to prevent the driver door from opening. the supplemental restraint system failed to deploy even after severe frontal impact.
Front seat belt assembly replaced due to unit not retracting properly. mjs
