Takata recall. i'm driving a 2007 in the hot state of arizona. i can't even get my airbags replaced. after seeing accident after accident in our town of phoenix i feel it's no longer safe to even drive my car. what happens if i am in a major accident and the air bags go haywire? we've called all the audi dealerships and no one has the part and they keep saying to call back and check again in a few weeks. what am i supposed to do until then?

Takata recall i called to schedule a recall repair at my local audi dealership(fresno, ca audi/porsche) and they told me that they didn't have the part and that thy were not sure when a new one would arrive. so it's been about 4 weeks now since i talked to the audi dealership and i'm driving around with a faulty airbag in my car, this is a little scary. knowing that if i got in a crash my passenger could be seriously injured or even die. all audi is telling me every time i try to call is, 'we still don't have the part, and we will keep you paperwork on our desk and call you when it's in'.well, i don't think it takes 4 weeks to get a airbag part in. don't know what to do, because audi isn't working with me, and i'm concerned for my occupants safety.
