Both rear seat latches/locks (that allow the rear seats to be folded down) have failed allowing the rear seat back rest to fold down during rapid deceleration. the passenger side failed first approximately 1 year ago and now driver side has failed. rear passengers could be insured in an accident if rear seat backrest is unsecured.
