12/5/02 vehicle taken to palisades audi for 48,000/3 year maintenance service and tire rotation. 1/28/03 while traveling straight ahead at approximately 25 mph on uphill city street, vehicle suddenly pulled to the right and was unable to steer. when vehicle stopped found tire, suspension, ball joint, control arm, etc. on right front had totally disconnected from vehicle. vehicle deemed totaled by central mutual insurance co. *jb
Was driving vehicle started to drift to side of road. side of road had gravel which gave way & vehicle started sliding sideways. then it either flipped or rolled over. neither air bags deployed. driver & passenger sustained slight injuries. no emergency treatment. neither front nor side air bags deployed. *ak *ml
