I purchased goodyear weatherhandler tires 215 45r17 in december of 2015. on saturday, september 30th my front passenger side tire was flat. upon further inspection under the goodyear logo, there was a split. the other front on the driver side had the same spit under the goodyear logo. i had to buy 2 new tires to place on the front.
