Tl*the contact owns a 2005 toyota tundra. while stopped at a traffic light, the contact's vehicle was hit from the rear. the contact stated that the metal support in the head rest came through the padding and hit him in the head, causing him to lose consciousness. a police report was filed. the head rest had not been repaired per the manufacturer's request. the failure mileage was approximately 113,000 and the current mileage was approximately 115,000.

Drivers captain chair continually moves and makes a popping noise everytime i stop and go.
