Frame/chassis is rusting at weld joints and mounts. paint is bubbling and rust is visible below the cracked paint areas, which concerns me since i tow a 6,000 lbs rv trailer. i am also concerned that the vehicle might not pass the virginia state vehicle inspection. *tr
