Tl* the contact owns a 2018 toyota rav4. while driving various speeds, the driver's side seat belt failed to remain latched. also, on occasion, the driver's seat belt failed to open and release. the seat belt warning indicator illuminated. the vehicle was taken to larry h. miller toyota peoria (8633 w bell rd, peoria, az 85382, (480) 865-3990) to be diagnosed, but they were unable to duplicate the failure. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not contacted. the failure mileage was 7,000.
