The hybrid battery has a limited service life. Call yourToyota dealer for information about recycling or disposalof hybrid battery and your vehicle.
Leak detection pump
This pump performs fuel evaporation leakage check. Thischeck is done approximately five hours after the hybridsystem is turned off. So you may hear a sound comingfrom underneath the luggage compartment for severalminutes. It does not indicate a malfunction.
