Fj ran off the road and hit a tree head on without braking. ripped the frame in half and split a wheel in half completely in two pieces. greater than 17000 dollars in damage. fj totaled out. airbags did not deploy and passenger sustained a broken collar bone. why did air bags not deploy? *tr
