I had just started the car up and was pulling out of a parking lot.the car excelerated on its own .i could not control the speed and it did not respond to my trying to break. i had to put the car in neutral to regain control.i missed htiting another vehicle and people walking in the parking lot. i had the car repaired technician suggested throttle body replacement. . to correct the problem the throttle body was replaced with gasket and performed relearn. total cost $619.50 jan .2 2019

Rear gas tank support strap corroded. replaced by dealer. noticed during scheduled service.

I have been smelling strong gas smell with my 2007 corolla car. the rpm reves high. in just a 20 mile trip i can visabily see the gas go down on the gas odomitor. no warning lights are on but there is something defineatly wrong with my 2007 ce corolla.

Fuel tank protector band on the sub assembly rusted and broke off -.the 2 remaining bolts held. if it would have completely fallen off the car behind us could have hit it and we would not be aware that the assembly to protect the fuel tank was missing. *tr
