Consumer was rear ended, and the vehicle was pushed into a wall, while this was happening drivers and passengers seats broke, and consumer and passenger fell back.*ak consumer states she was traveling on the interstate at 60 mph, when a vehicle doing about 90 mph rear ended consumers vehicle causing the vehicle to spin out of control and hit a concrete wall, as a result both front seats collapsed to the back of the car, the consumer and passenger suffered injuries.*jb
