Consumer letter regarding the poor sales and service ethics of the suzuki dealership.***no answer required***. *mr when the consumer purchased the vehicle the remote for the door locks did not work. a new one was ordered which the consumer had to pay for. the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual and the consumer had to pay for a new one. the air conditioner did not work. while driving the consumer heard a thumping noise. the consumer's husband checked the vehicle and found that two lug nuts on the driver's side rear tire were missing and the three others were loose. the other wheels were check and they too has loose lug nuts. *nm
Each time contacted dealer to get recall 00e080000repairs done on steel wheels, and was told that parts were on the way. 1st attempton 01/02, 2nd attempt 03/02, and 3rd attempt0n 08/15/02.
Little by little rims had been cracking without a prior notice just like mentioned in recall 00 e 080 000 on december 19, 2000. please provide more information.*ak
Had received recall notice 00e080000 concerning steel wheels over 2 months ago. had contacted dealership, and spoke to service manager. was informed that no parts were available the, . contacted dealership once more, and still no parts available.*ak
