Tl* the contact owns a 2016 ram 2500. shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the rear windows failed to operate. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear window motor failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired. after the repair, the contact attempted to secure a child safety seat in the rear of the vehicle; however, the seat belt came out of the seat belt housing. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. after speaking with the manufacturer, the contact was informed that a team from the manufacturer would have to inspect the vehicle to inspect the seat belt failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 400.
