My 10 year old child was sitting in the rear seat drivers side and was strapped using the seat belt. the seat belt zapped and tightened suddenly. the seat belt locked itself around my child's neck and it was too tight to release her. this happened on the interstate. i was not able to loosen the belt and therefore had to cut the belt itself. *tr
