Upon applying the brakes, the vehicle vibrated and did not stop. the consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, however,the problem has not been resolved. consumer is still awaiting service on the vehicle. please provide any further information. *jb

Dt: 2004 nissan armada. consumer complained about front brake rotors problem. took vehicle to the dealer four times , and they knew there was a problem, and they were only fixing this in short term. in two or three months this will happen again. consumer spoken with the manufacturer, and they were aware of this problem, but will not issue a recall. when driving at any speed and going down hills, and soon as taking foot off the gas and going to apply the brakes front wheels, steering wheel and brake pedal shake very badly. this caused the car to stop. *ak

While applying the brake pedal, the vehicle vibrated uncontrollably. the driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle and drove it to the dealer for inspection. the mechanic informed the driver that the rotors needed to be replaced and replaced it three times. however, the problem still occurs at this time. please provide further details. *nm

Nissan - 2004, pathfinder armada at present 22,000 miles. problem stated at less than 2,000 miles. vehicle has been back to dealer 6 times since acquisition for brake problems. failure of the brake system. take longer to stop with severe shuddering of the steering column. this could result in a crash with loss of lives. delear refinish the existing rotors or install new ones with new pads and bolt assembly.*ak
