My drivers seat is stuck reclined and it won't move anymore (parked).my drivers door won't unlock (parked). my engine continuously rattles and the car stalls (driving normal street or highway).the fuel gauge doesn't work accurately (parked driving on street highway or idiling). the brakes and rotors are constantly getting replaced and squeaked since the day i got the car ( stopping).

On 5/23/19 my son was driving this car on the interstate when the car began to decelerate and completely stopped/shutdown on the highway. it's a blessing he was not injured/killed when this happened. the diagnostic check revealed a sensor that the fuel pump needed to be replaced, so after an expensive repair on 5/24/19.then on 5/25/19 while driving to work, the car began to do the exact same thing again and stopped on the highway. nissan needs to address the issue with this car asap before someone gets seriously injured or killed!!!

Vehicle tries to start but won't. vehicle is stationary while trying to start. battery is fine, there's enough gas, it tries to start but won't turn over.

The brake light and battery light come on simultaneously the car feel s like it wants to stall. but goes away. then it ha coming on more and more and as i drive all of a sudden all my rpms speed go from 40 ,60 or at 80 drop to zero . like the car wants to die but kicks back on. it happens at a traffic light or driving the intermediate brake battery light coming on. once the car warms up is when i notice it starting. it happens on city streets, but the all rpms and speedometer dropped several times last week 9 times in a 15 mile span as i was on a interstate.

The fuel gauge is inaccurate and the service engine lights illuminates with fault code p0462. money spent unnecessarily on brand new fuel pump assembly problem still exists. occurs both stationary and in motion problem occurs.

Tl* the contact owns a 2006 nissan altima. while driving various speeds, the engine suddenly vibrated, the check engine indicator illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the fuel pump was faulty. the fuel pump was replaced and the failure was remedied. also, the fuel gauge would display inaccurate readings and was inoperable past the half fuel mark. the contact stated that the engine shook and vibrated due to low oil levels. the cause of the failures was not diagnosed. the manufacturer and local dealer were not notified. the failure mileage was 136,000.

The gas gauge said half full but stalled out going down the highway. the car would not start had to call for someone to bring me gasoline i almost got hit by other cars behind me, this has happened several times. this car is vary unsafe i have two young ones i need to drive around.

My dte said 180 miles, with almost a half tank of gas, car stopped on me on freeway, no warning light of low fuel. car stopped and an accident occurred because of this problem. the dte or gas gauge does not read accurately. please i need help

Car was sputtering at intersections and hard to start. took to mechanic twice & he could not find anything wrong; said he thought it might be a recall problem; say where there was a problem with the wiring harness on full pump shorting out; part is on national recall; service engine light remained on

Severe oil seal leakage, leaves a huge puddle on ground after driving, or parked.

Takata, recall my car will have gas in the car the next minute i will be empty and stall on highway several times. the speed of vehicle sometimes wont go a certain speed then all sudden goes fast. i had sensors replaced twice in the last two years.my car completely shut down on highway.

Car has trouble starting. stalls at low speeds and at red lights. check engine light is on, with codes for the crankshaft pos sensor and the speed sensor. replacing the crankshaft sensor doesn't do anything - problem persists, code stays on.

Check engine light keeps coming on, stating low fuel sensoe out. $1200.00 worht of work, replaced the fuel pump and sensor. now they are stating it is the wiring harness on fuel pump shorting out. part is on national recall.

The car suddenly died in traffic and i couldn't get it to start. i had to put the car in neutral and push it out of the road. the gas gauge was reading that it had over a quarter tank of gas when it was actually empty. it caused my vehicle to run out of gas in traffic. this is extremely dangerous and could have caused me to get into a serious accident. no damage or injuries occurred in this particular incident, so i did not contact police.

Tl* the contact owns a 2006 nissan altima. the contact stated that the vehicle would not start without warning. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred 4,000 miles later. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic. the vehicle was repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vin was unknown. the approximate failure mileage was 86,000.

I bought the car in may 2009. up until june 2013, no problems other than regular maintenance. car overheats and has been since june 2013 on and off. have had battery replaced 2 times, tune up, crank shaft sensor replaced, broken seal replaced (that keeps oil/coolant) in car. have had problems with car not starting, engine turns over but won't start. i have to keep putting anti-freeze in car before i drive it every few days if i don't the heater blows out hot air, then cold which is when overheating occurs. white smoke coming out of exhaust pipe. been to local mechanic 3 times, and they keep charging to fix it ($500 so far). they did tune up, replace battery and fixe the broken seal. i'm a nervous wreck driving it because i'm afraid i'll get stuck somewhere. *tr

Takata recall the car uses excessive engine oil and gets poor gas mileage. the car also has slipping transmission at times when excelerating. suspension is also an issue.
