There is a recall for 2005 nissan altima because of over heating due to a failing crankshat/camshaft position sensor which causes car to stall unexpectedly and cause vehicle to crash. well my vehicle is not on the recall list but yet have the same issue and almost was rear ended by another vehicle due to sensor getting hot and causing car to stall and decrease speed dramatically. and with nissan not recalling my vin for the same obvious reasons for the recall. so i'm being forced to drive this unsafe car that i've let nissan know is defected, thus endangering myself and the public. it's as though i have to be in an accident and then have to sue nissan because of neglet and allowing one of their vehicles continue to operate knowing that there is an issue with its safety. so i may be forced to have problem fixed but would like to be reimbursed for repairs.
I've called to see if there's a recall on the car fuel system to be exact fuel gauge is reading full is broken.reads full when there's only 5 to 6 gallons of gas.they won't even look at it free of charge to see what the issue is.this happens when i'm driving or sitting.

Upon inspection prior to trying to privately sell my car, it was found that the floorboards were rusting out and there are actual hole on the underside of the car. apparently, upon me googling, this is a known design issue (rather than normal wear and tear) for nissans between 2002-2006. to fix the car will cost me more than it is worth. not only that, but holes in the floorboards are also a huge safety concern.
