The headrests on the 2013 mazda cx-9 are excruciatingly uncomfortable. they angle at a completely unnatural forward angle and force the driver's head forward and down. it was not obvious during the test drive. after 6 hrs of driving though, pain developed in neck, upper shoulders and lower back. who designed this mess? why can't the headrest just be straight up, like in the back seats? *tr
