Tl* the contact owns a 2010 mazda cx9. the contact stated while driving at 5 mph around a roundabout, the passenger's side front tire detached independently without warning. the vehicle was towed to modern mazda,68 waterbury rd, lj ct 06787 but was not diagnosed. the diagnosis and repair was still pending. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was opened. the approximate failure mileage was 135,000.

There are noises coming from the front tires, when driving. no one could pinpoint the problem. brake booster went out a couple months later.

While driving on highway tpms signal sounded. exited immediately rear right tire flat.upon examination valve had fallen into tire. changed tire went to service tire dealer stated all valves corroded badly. replaced all valves at costco they were unable to service too much corrosion. cx9 owners should be warned of problem and possible catastrophic failure.
