As i was driving on a highway at 65 mph, started to rain and the windshield wipers suddenly stopped working leaving me with no visibility, i had to slow down and pull over but still had to drive at least 3 miles to the next exit with almost no visibility, ( there was no shoulder on that section of the highway). *tr
