Tl* the contact owns a 2008 land rover range rover sport. while driving various speeds, the vehicle suddenly shut off. the vehicle was taken to the dealer (jake kaplan landrover of warwick, rhode island) where it was diagnosed that the electrical connectors to the fuel pump were faulty and had overheated. the fuel pump harness was replaced, but the failures continued. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer a second time and the throttle body was cleaned, but the failures continued. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer a third time and the supercharger was replaced. the failure was remedied. in addition, while operating the vehicle, the stability control sensor remained illuminated. the cause of the failure was not determined. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 50,266.
