On 06/15/2015, drove my car to the barn, then it will not start. i thought it's battery problem. battery is only 1 year old. so i charged the battery. didn't work. so i jumped it, it had a hard time starting. it finally started after 3 attempts. i got a new battery for it. then it happened again two days later, got it started after a few attempts.took it to kia service. they said oil ring has slow leak. dealer changed o ring, and then several days, it had issues starting. the dealer kept my car for two days to listen and fix the knocking noise. finally on friday 06/27/15, it won't start at all. it has this grinding, hard start. i called the # 800-333-4542. since it is still under warranty, they had my car towed for free, and dealer gave me a loaner car. i called kia at # 678-385-8540 and ask what's going on as the dealer said they are waiting for kia support team approval to test the engine. after two weeks, kia called and told dealer to test engine. it has issues with low compression on 2 chambers and finally the decision was to replace the engine. on 7/11/2015, dealer submitted an order to have kia ship engine. i was told, next week, i should hear from them. nothing happened. i called the 678 # again, and was told by ms. kushell that she's contacting the regional manager to give priorities to my case.that it should be taken care of between 7/20 to 7/25. this morning, 7/17/15, i got a call from the dealer that the eta for engine arrival will be 7/31/2015, as there are no engines anywhere in the u.s. to date (7/17/2015), the car has been at the kia dealer service for almost a month now. i have pending trips that i kept postponing to accommodate the issues. but this is getting out of hand, as i am getting the round around talks. ms. kushell said, they can ship my car to the place i'm going, but what am i supposed to do, walk the 1500miles?

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. while driving 30 mph, the vehicle lost power steering ability and stalled. the vehicle was not able to restart after numerous attempts. the contact was able to pull the vehicle over to the side of the road. the vehicle was towed to valley hi kia (14644 valley center dr, victorville, ca 92395, (760) 955-0046). the vehicle was diagnosed, but not repaired. the results of the diagnosis was not known. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the vehicle was no longer in the contact's possession. the failure mileage was unknown. *tt*jb

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. while driving approximately 55 mph, the vehicle suddenly stalled. after pulling off the road and restarting the engine, the vehicle operated as normal. the contact indicated that the failure had occurred on multiple occasions and the check engine light would illuminate when the failure occurred. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who was unable the diagnose the cause of the failure. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 46,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. while traveling approximately 40 mph, there was a loud noise coming from the front of the vehicle. also, the contact mentioned that smoke emitted from the engine compartment. upon pulling the vehicle over, it was further noticed that the engine compartment was on fire. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed that a rod fractured into the engine affecting the other components caused a fire. also, the mechanic diagnosed that the pistons may need to be replaced but further extensive diagnosis was required to repair the vehicle. the contact was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 10v388000 (electrical system). the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 102,000.

My check engine light came on twice when my gas was low and when i filled up it went off. that happened for two weeks. the third week it came on again, but my gas tank was full so i took it in for service. turns out my vcm had to be replaced. they also stated that it was accelerating on it's own at some point. luckily i was under 60,000 when i took it in, otherwise i was told it would not have been covered. *js

A vehicle abruptly stopped to turn left and i had to swerve to avoid rear-ending it resulting in head on collision with a utility pole. *tr

My son was driving on interstate i-5 near salem, or when his car suddenly stopped and would not accelerate. the car had a 50,000 mile and $1000.00 service 3 months prior to this incident. i did on line research and saw several instances of kia sorentos stopping suddenly on the highway. kia offered $400.00 to compensate our inconvenience but i think the us consumer safety is worth much more. i would appreciate your investigation of this incidence. thank you, [xxx] the kia representative is [xxx]. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr

I was driving on the highway, in the high speed lane going 75mph when my rpm's suddenly went all the way up and then down, past 0. the car made a huge jolt but then kept driving with no tachometer. approximately 1/2 mile later i had to slow down to get off highway and then merge onto another interstate when my car wouldn't accelerate and totally shut off. i've been having issues w fixing it at kia. they have replaced the crank shaft sensor 2x as well as the instrument cluster. it continues to violently jerk daily, typically when accelerating around 40 mph and again stalled while in drive last week. the dealership tells me that the car is running as designed but i just have a steady foot and the engine isn't sure what gear it should be i when i'm going 40mph. *tr

While driving on light, new snow my car had suddenly skidded slightly, no over-correcting, i simply got the car back in control when the car suddenly shot forward, steering wheel seized and started racing down the opposite side of the street into the embankment! i had pulled the car to the left and had the brakes pushed all the way down (and both feet including all my weight on them) until my car crashed completely into a tree! the tires were still spinning when the car stopped and my feet were on the brakes! it was also hard to get the car out of drive and into park --- when i was able to push the car into park i quickly took the keys out. the 2011 kia sorento and sudden acceleration seems to be a problem and should seriously be looked into. yes, i was injured and thankfully a tree stopped the vehicle and no one else was hurt! *tr

Our kia went up in flames last sunday. it had been in the shop on thursday before. here is the article that got me thinking it was under a recall. http://money.cnn.com/2010/09/03/autos/hyundai_kia_recall/index.htm. *tr

The vehicle would not start finally it started in the drive position , have been complaining to the dealer that the vehicle shifts on its own from drive to another position. in addition all the lights remain on in the dash board. vehicle was taken out the repair shop on 8/25/14 and this problem was rectified. the airbag light is on now since 8/25/14. *tr

After a small number of days of a minor rattling from the engine, as i pulled away at an intersection there was a bang from the engine, the engine lost all power and there was a tremendous amount of banging from the engine. managed to crawl to a nearby gas station. the car stalled on the forecourt. managed to restart it, only to hear the terrible banging again and see that the engine still had no power. had it towed to the local kia dealer the following morning. at the time of writing this, kia are refusing to fix the car under warranty, despite it still being covered and there only being 44,000 miles on it. they are claiming the reason for the incident is a 'clogged oil filter', although they have yet to properly examine the engine and officially diagnose the fault. the symptoms of my incident are suspiciously similar to other issues dating back to 2005 where the bolt pin on the crankshaft pulley shears. *tr

Vehicle started by losing power on take-off. later violent jerking/shifting over 30 mph. i have taken the vehicle to both dealer and personal mechanic. crank and cam sensors were replaced. issue is not resolved. the vehicle sometimes shuts off upon take-off. sometimes it immediately starts again, other times i have to put into neutral and restart. this issue is also not resolved. positive battery cable was removed to reset the computer. this temporarily fixed the problems for a day. when placed into "sports mode", the vehicle shifts without driver input (second gear and above). note: unscrupulous dealer mechanic voided engine warranty for "sludge" in engine and incorrectly removed a sensor, resulting in breakage of said sensor. personal mechanic saw normal traces of "sludge" in engine. vehicle is acting similar to previous recalls of the same year, make/model, but does not fall into vin/date ranges for recall repair.. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. while the vehicle was under warranty, the contact stated that there was a constant presence of an oil leak and the oil was not properly cycling through the oil pump. darcars kia of frederick (5826 urbana pike, frederick, md 21704, 1-877-997-6197) serviced the vehicle per manufacturer campaign number: sc106; however, it failed to provide a remedy. the contact stated that the vehicle stalled without warning. the dealer diagnosed that the engine needed to be replaced. the contact was left without a vehicle due to the failure. the manufacturer was notified and did not assist. the approximate failure mileage was 140,000.

4/26/14 my sorento cel light was flashing & vehicle running rough. after shutting off and restarting, no issues, contacted dealership took in for service 5/9/14, they said they were unable to diagnose problem as it was not doing it at that time. on 7/25/14 cel light flashing & running rough again, called dealership and took in 8/9/14, again they said they could not diagnose and no codes showing up or in history stated they have a call into kia motors and opened a tech line case have never heard anything back from them. 9/18/14 cel light flashing and running rough, i contacted dealership that i always have used since purchase of vehicle but another dealership was close to my workplace. i refused to shut the vehicle off because when you do, it resets everything and it cannot be diagnosed. i took vehicle to dealership, left it running till they could put the obd scanner on it to code it. i received call from manager, he stated that they were able to get codes from it and that 2 coils were misfiring. they shut the vehicle off, it would not start. they left it sit an hour and it started up and they tried to code it again and nothing showed in the codes at all, not even code history. they replaced two coils, then on 9/25/14 the cel light started flashing again and running rough. i immediately contacted the dealership that just changed the coils, he didn't have much to say. asked me where i purchase my gas from and that he couldn't do anything today because they close at 4:30 and it was after 4:00 then. when i shut the car off, it would not start. left for work this morning and you would never know anything was wrong, ran fine. there is obviously something going on that somebody needs to figure out because i am not going to be handed a big bill for repair once my warranty expires, as this has been an ongoing issue for 5 months now. *tr

When the sorento reaches a speed above 60 it hesitates before abruptly jumping into the next gear, causing the entire vehicle and all passengers to jerk forward. the jumping of the gear is so forceful that it sounds as if the engine is about to fall out of the vehicle each time it's placed in gear. *tr

Occasionally and more than once, the remote key fob will not open the door and when it does will not start the car. sometimes you have to insert the key into the fob holder in the console for the vehicle to start. it has happened now more than 5 times to my family and i. *tr

1) the vehicle has stalled out six (6) times during my ownership. this has occurred after stopping. i was able to restart the vehicle four of the six times by stopping, putting the vehicle in park, and pressing the "start" ignition button. two of the six times the gear was locked into drive and neutral only. the vehicle would also not shut off. both times 911 was called for california highway patrol assistance was contacted as i was stranded on the freeway. this occurred on 2/20/14 and 6/03/14. on 5/17/14 the vehicle was brought into the kia car pros carson facility for the 60,000 mile maintenance and passed with no issues. 2) the backup camera flutters intermittently (about 10-15 times a month) mostly in the morning on start up and sometimes at night. kia of cerritos had replaced the navigation/radio module 3 times, but official records show it was replaced only twice. this has not rectified the issue as it still persists. 3) the radio inconsistently (about 2-5 times a month) does not start for about 20 seconds after starting the vehicle up. i am not confident that the issues are resolved and i fear for the safety of myself and all who ride in the vehicle. the kia car pros carson facility replaced the drive assist part and cleaned the electrical contacts for the first incident in feb 2014. i was told this would rectify the issue. on 6/03/14, i was told a software update to the ecu (electrical control unit) was performed, but they do not guarantee that the problem has been resolved. i want the facility to retain my vehicle and perform a full diagnostic on the vehicle until they can guarantee that it will not stall and lock up on me again. corporate kia said the vehicle can be released and the facility will not investigate any further. i do not believe kia is taking this matter seriously. *tr

Push button start not starting vehicle. brake lights do not come on upon depress of brake pedal. vehicle only starts after holding button 10-15 seconds.

When switching from park to drive a loud pop will be heard from the vehicle usually occurring (loudest) during cold moist days. in the same conditions when the vehicle is in motion the car begins to stutter and vibrate when switching gears (this is usually felt initially driving off or during hard brakes at lights). car at one point stalled in middle of traffic. when going to dealer they said software updates should have fixed it, however the problem simply persists (though the car did not stall thus far). *tr

I was driving to work on a 2 lane road with people behind me. my car made a sound like a rock rolling around in an empty water bottle then all the dashboard lights turned on and the engine died. luckily i was able to pull over with a great deal of strength applied to the steering wheel. i called kia immediately and they had it towed to a dealership within the hour. the dealership is now claiming i had a coolant leak which caused the car to overheat but i had no indications prior that the car was overheating. they said this is probably not covered by warranty since its a leak and it should have been discovered earlier. *tr

Started vehicle 7am. shifted from p to r. engine revved on its own. shifted back to p. observed clunk sound from transmission. shifted back to r and observed clunk sound. reversed to street. shifted to d. vehicle accelerated on its own without depression accelerator to 20 mph. pulled over. shifted to p. turned off ignition. restarted vehicle. clunk sound or sudden acceleration not observed. *tr

While pulling into parking space, car became non-responsive to gas pedal input, but brakes sill worked. hill asst and etc lights lit up on dash, car would not shift past neutral. turned car off and on and was able to shift to park. car started normally after being shut off. *jb

When starting vehicle, engine revs up & won't stop until vehicle is turned off. this happens intermittently & has continued to be a problem for the last 3 years. i have reported this problem several times to my kia dealership where all regular maintenance has been serviced since i purchased this vehicle in 2010. they state they have noted this problem but since it doesn't happen all the time, nothing has been done. *tr

While driving out of a parking lot at about 10 mph the vehicle shut down and all the dash lights illuminated. i turned the key off and on and the car restarted, drove rest of day without incident. car stalled a second time two days later. *jb

I came to a stop, suddenly the dash lights started flashing, and the car would not accelerate. i turned the key a couple of times but nothing happened, i turned off the radio and then turned on my emergency flashers. i then put the car in park and turned the key again. this time the car started and i drove it home. two days later the sorento was taken to the shop. possible reason given on the workorder for the stalling/shutting down was that the gas tank had been overfilled. the technician also told my husband that this problem had been reported in other vehicles and should be solved by the brake switch recall, service bulletin 13v114000. he explained that the engine control system receives a signal from the brake switch for the starting process and, if the signal is not received, the vehicle will not start. because of the faulty brake switch, he stated that it could interrupt the operation of the vehicle by sending an erroneous signal to the engine control system, activating the "no start" process. even with the vehicle running, this would cause the engine to cut out. he further stated this recall replacement of the brake light signal switch should cure that problem. after running a complete diagnostic check on the vehicle, the service rep said there were no stored codes in the engine control memory indicating a fault. since shutting the motor off due to an erroneous signal that the brake was not engaged is not a set fault code, this may not have been recorded. also, the rep stated that if a fault had occurred, it may not have been in place long enough to record a fault code. though he did give these answers verbally, they were not specifically indicated on the service invoice, and this connection was not listed on the recall notice for the brake light switch. is this kias official position that the brake switch recall fixes the engine shutdown? *tr

While driving my 2011 kia sorento it just lost power, it would not go forward but the engine was still running and all the dashboard idiot lights lit up. i was in a parking lot with no one behind me otherwise i would have been rear-ended if this happened driving on the road or highway. the car would not go and there was no steering response. i turned off the key to kill the engine and then restarted the car. the car started and i was able to get to my destination and park. i checked this problem online by searching kia sorento stalling and found a dozen or more video's from people experiencing the same issue that i just experienced. some of the drivers found that if you use the car in the manual shift mode the stalling did not seem to happen. this is a real potential disaster. you loose power and have no way of moving the car to get out of the way when you are in traffic on a highway...like riding in a 'death wish car'. the video's also stating that they experienced the stalling many times and once it started it got worse. they also stated that kia dealerships were of little help since they need to reproduce the stalling and since it's just random that is not easy. the videos were taped when the issue was actually taking place and showed the tach at about 15 rpm's all the engine lights lit but no steering response or power to move the car. i am hoping this can become a recall and kia will fix this stalling problem and keep the people in these kia sorento's safe! if this is a computer problem then there should be an error log to show when the car lost power for no reason. kia needs to take ownership of this defect and fix this potential deadly problem. *tr

While driving anywhere above 35 mph upon slowing down and the car downshifting the car jolts a loud bang/pop is heard the car lunges you forward it's quite violent i've taken to the dealer over 10 times and they just say they notice the popping but nothing is wrong they also said they took it for a test drive to test the unbelievably hard down shift . i watched them their test drive was from the front of the parking lot to the rear . they never went above 25 mph so they never tested the down shift it's happened for a very long time now and they just keep denying it i also had the top end of the motor go out at 5000 miles and feel like they are just avoiding it being a lemon.

Put key in ignition, all lights on dash came on as normal, radio came on as normal, engine did nothing, made no sound whatsoever. after several attempts to crank vehicle eventually started. after the 3rd time this happening i took it to all star kia of baton rouge (the only kia dealership in the baton rouge area, which is approximately 45 minutes on a good day from my home). vehicle was there only 30 minutes when i was told it was my battery, which i knew was incorrect because everyone knows a dead battery would not have allowed my radio and all the electrical components to come on, but i allowed the to give me a new battery without question. one week later the same exact problem. this time i had it towed to the dealership because i could not get it started and quite frankly am tired of wasting my time and gas money on the same issue. this time they said it was the fuse block, said all kinds of other garbage that did not make sense to the average intelligent person. did not have the car back 2 days and the same thing, wont start. i have called the dealership and will have it towed monday again. do not expect it to be fixed, the mechanics at this dealership do not seem to know anything about vehicles or what makes them crank, run, and go. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. the contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph, all of the instrument panel lights illuminated as the vehicle stalled. the contact also stated that there was a sudden loss of engine power. there was a sudden increase in engine rpms and the vehicle failed to shift gears while the contact was traveling 15 mph. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician was unable to diagnose the failure. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on five separate occasions. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 34,000 and the current mileage was 38,000.

The incline control light & the traction control light came on for no reason. i was parking my vehicle on a flat surface and when these lights were on i was unable to put the car in park or reverse. i had to put the vehicle in neutral and shut off the vehicle with my foot on the brake. i then had to restart the vehicle, the control and traction lights were not on and i was able to put the vehicle in park. i went directly to the dealership that i made the purchase from and was told that this is a known defect in the brake line where there is a short in the line that causes the computer to think the break is not pressed down enough, therefore confusing the computer into thinking it should apply the incline and traction control and prevents the vehicle from being put in reverse or park. i was told that by turning the vehicle off while in neutral like i did will sometimes reset the computer. i was told there is also a little box that has a very small slit in it and if i could find something to fit into it that would go down about 6 inches, that would also reset it. however, they were not aware of what one would use to do that with. i was told there was no need to fix this very common problem. i asked if this would eventually mess up the drive shaft, computer system, or transmission and was assured it would not. *tr

On 9/19/2012 at 12:17 pm i took a frantic call from my wife. she had just stopped to fill up with gas, got back on the interstate and set the cruise control at around 75 mph. shortly afterwards the front end started shaking and the vehicle started to lose speed. she shut off the cruise and was looking for a place to pull over when the vehicle started to accelerate on its own. it was already going over 80 mph when she called. i told her to stand on the brakes-no effect. i told her to put her foot on the brake and to push and hold the start button for 10 seconds-nothing (that is the override to get the car started when the brake switch malfunctions-we had just had it replaced at the dealership 2 weeks prior). i told her to shift it into neutral-the shifter is locked in drive. i told her to shift to a lower gear-it won't move. after 4 minutes the car was going over 85 mph-i told her to hang up & call 911 as she could tell them where she was much better than i could. a few minutes later i received a call from the highway patrol-they had 2 cruisers on the interstate with her trying to clear traffic ahead of her. i asked if they could get a cruiser ahead of her and let her nose up behind it and then use the cruiser to stop her. evidently they didn't like that idea or it is against policy because they never did try that. the dispatcher had to hang up to concentrate on the situation at hand. i now had the dispatcher's number so i could call her back. at one point i called back and suggested that she engage the cruise control and try to slow the car with it. my wife does not remember ever trying this. this went on for about 45 minutes at speeds up to 119 mph. at the end one of the officers told her to put her left foot on the brake and pull up on the accelerator with her right foot at the same time. she went from over 100 mph to under 50 mph instantly, let go of the pedals. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. the contact stated that the vehicle failed to start after activating the push-to-start button. the contact also stated that while driving 35 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. the dealer replaced the key fob, engine module, wiring harness and brake light switch however, the failure recurred. the manufacturer was notified and the vehicle was not repaired. the vin was unavailable. the failure mileage was 18,000.

while driving (usually steady state speed on highway - with or without cruise control engaged) car experiences a sudden loss of engine power accompanied by a jolt (as if brakes had been abruptly and briefly engaged, or as if fuel supply suddenly shut off), tachometer dips suddenly, car suddenly decelerates for a second or two, and then things return to normal. sometimes an indicator light - or more than one- flashes momentarily at the time of the incident, these include the engine light, the traction control light, and/or the key immobilizer light - sometimes no indicator light flashes at all. this has also happened while accelerating away from a dead stop - sudden loss of forward momentum w/ a jolt. i am afraid i will get rear-ended as the car suddenly slows but brake lights are not illuminated, and a car following too closely will not be able to react in time. if cruise control is engaged at time of incident it becomes disengaged and has to be reset. this sometimes will not occur in an hour of driving, but sometimes will occur as often as 10 times in a 20 mile drive with no discernible pattern. this has happened many times and grown more frequent over time. the first time it occurred was in a rain storm and i suspected the esc was sensing slippage and firing the brakes, however it happens regardless of weather or road surface and now happens every time i drive for more than a few miles on freeway. the car has been evaluated by kia service more than three times and problem is not resolved - battery and abs module were replaced without success. concern is of safety of vehicle and other vehicles following behind me. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. the contact was driving 70 mph when the vehicle stalled without warning. the contact had to exit and push the vehicle to the shoulder. the contact towed the vehicle to a dealer. the dealer advised the contact that a sensor failed and would need replacing. the dealer replaced the sensor however, the failure persisted after the repairs. in addition, the vehicle failed to start. the contact took the vehicle back to the dealer where the dealer advised the contact that a safety switch was the cause of the failure. the vehicle was repaired a second but to no avail. the failure mileage was 14,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. the contact stated that the vehicle would stall sporadically with the illumination of the check engine and oil warning lights. the vehicle had been taken to the dealer three times for the failure but the technicians were unable to duplicate or correct the problem. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 7,000 and the current mileage was 15,000.

When coming to a stop at a light or stop sign, usually on a slight downhill slope, the vehicle engine dies completely. it usually happens after the vehicle has be driven for 10-15 minutes, parked for 10-15 minutes then driven again for ten minutes. once it dies i am able to start it up right away. it is a push start "key" and the car dies after i apply the brakes and am very near to a complete stop. this has happened within a few months of purchase and occurs randomly, every few months. it has happened six to ten times since i purchased the car. i have brought it into the dealer at least three times and the computer comes back with no codes. they can't replicate it and do not know what to fix. today, the dealer installed a monitor for me to use for two weeks to see if it happens and we can capture the info in real time. kia manufacturer customer service was abominable. i am trying to get a field technician to look at it and communicate with the dealer. *tr

From point of purchase (november 2010) the vehicle always had a hard start, the seat belt was incorrectly installed and the gas lid fails to open without manual prodding. in april 2012 the engine failed to start, and then this continued to happen multiple times thereafter. the dealership changed the battery and service the vehicle. in the following months a series of issues continued, windshield washer pump stopped working, failure start, loud knocking sound in the engine while idle and driving, and then the car started to stall and thrust hard forward. the car was serviced again, oil changed, the changed the pump and filters, all reported problems persisted through 2013. for three months the car remained in the dealership service shop where the engine was serviced, and some ?tappets? were replaced. the dealership cracked the engine cover, replaced it, without informing me. all engine, fail start, and windshield pump issues continues to persist to date (september 2013) despite multiple services.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorrento. the contact stated that while driving approximately 40 mph, the engine stalled without warning. upon restarting, the vehicle resumed normal operation. the failure occurred numerous times. in addition, the push start ignition failed to operate on four separate occasions. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer three times for both defects. the dealer was unable to locate the problem. the manufacturer was not notified of the problem. the approximate failure mileage was 900. updated 04/02/13*lj the consumer stated the vehicle would stall when approaching a stop sing, turning to slow down, or driving slowly through a parking lot.

Tl* the contact owns a 2011 kia sorento. the contact stated that while driving 10 mph the vehicle stalled without warning. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to diagnose the failure but replaced the alternator as a temporary remedy. the remedy failed to repair the failure. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who advised the contact that they would follow up with the dealer. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 10 and the current mileage was 47,000.

When acceleration from a stop or slow speed the engine will occasionally bog down or hesitate and almost die. very dangerous when attempting to pull out in traffic esp onto a highway from a side street. *tr
