3 broken windows one is stuck in door one is stuck up and back seat is stuck . all have broken within a week. i cant afford to get all 3 fixed at one time . just for them to break again. *tr
driving down the road window fell down into the door and the window was closed and i just feel down. very dangerous. *tr
Windows regulators fail .windows just drop when you operate them. every window has done this .for no known reason. *tr
My daughter was driving when her back window fell down and scared her. she is 16 years old and not very comfortable with driving anyway. she was able to pull to side of the road. since this time another window has fell down. we just purchased this car for her and am regretting it now. i have read so many complaints about these windows and there has been no recall. i am so surprised!!! we don't have money to throw away!! *tr

I am writing about the window regulators in a 2007 jeep liberty. several years back, there was a recall, and within the time frame of that recall, we had 3 window regulators go bad and get fixed. we just had the 4th window slide down and now jeep is saying the warranty is no longer in effect and they will not fix it. it shouldn't matter when the problem happened, a problem is a problem and it shouldn't have to happen within a certain time frame to get it fixed. *tr
Passenger window fell into door when passenger exited vehicle and closed door. car was not turned on at the time. car is at jeep dealership in batavia, oh for repair. this is the 7th time i have had a window regulator/ lift plate fail. seventh!! chrysler issued an extended warranty in 2010 for select models of jeep liberty vehicles that expired in march 2014. i have filed a complaint with chrysler. my window issues have not been resolved! i am exhausted from not only fighting with chrysler about these defective parts, but also from the inconvenience of having these windows fail. i have driven for hours in the rain with a window open and i have driven for hours at subzero temps on an expressway in a blizzard with a window open. and i have had to drive around with plastic taped to my window (looks horrendous) and risk having personal affects stolen due to my inability to secure my vehicle. i expect tires and brakes to wear and hose and belts to fail over time. i do not expect to pay tens of thousands of dollars for ...
The window regulator (power windows) decided to no longer hold up the window (it rarely gets used). was partially down so i went to open the rear drivers side door and it would not open. i wanted to prop the window up which i was able to do with a suction cup. i have read many many complaints about this happening on these vehicles. seems like a problem the manufacturer should have to repair via recall. *tr
