Recently reported SEATS problems on 2017 Infiniti QX60

We were hit in a rear-end collision, and the person hitting us was traveling at 60-65 mph. we were at a stop, in a line of traffic on the freeway upon impact. both of the front seats we were sitting in, collapsed backwards upon impact. from what we've researched, if we had a back seat passenger, it would have crushed them, or we could have slipped out of our seat belts. our research also indicates that an inexpensive fix might avoid the issue for future people who experience a rear end collision. the infiniti performed well with airbags, and crumple zones... saved our lives, however, this seat problem could ultimately prove to be a future problem.
