Seatbelt strap is fraying / tearing on 3 seatbelts and one of them has completely torn. the driver side seat belt clamp won't disengage preventing it from being sized. infiniti has denied my warranty claim and stated that i somehow damaged it. i think it is a quality issue and should be honored as a warranty item.
Tl* the contact owned a 2017 infiniti qx60. while the contact's husband was operating the vehicle, he was forced to hard brake. the seat belt pretensioner did not tighten and the contact almost sustained a head injury. sanford infiniti (995 rinehard rd, fl) was contacted and informed the contact that the vehicle operated as intended. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 4,000. the vin was not provided. *bf vin invalid updated 8/9/18*jb
